1. Scope of application

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all orders placed via the website www.swici.ch as well as to the use of SWICI gift cards.

By validating an order or using a gift card, the customer confirms having read and accepted the current T&Cs.

3. Products and services offered

SWICI is a marketplace showcasing creative Swiss brands and artisans. The products offered are described as accurately as possible. However, minor variations may occur.

4. Price and payment

Prices displayed are in Swiss francs (CHF), including VAT. Shipping costs are included in the prices displayed. Payment is made via the methods offered at the time of ordering.

5. Order and confirmation

The contract is concluded as soon as the customer confirms their order by clicking on "Order and pay". An order confirmation is sent immediately by email.

6. Delivery

Products are shipped directly by partner brands. Delivery times vary depending on the seller and are indicated for information purposes on each product page. Any delay in delivery does not entitle you to compensation, but a refund is possible if the product is not delivered within a reasonable time.

7. SWICI Gift Cards

7.1 Available formats

Digital gift card: sent by email. Paper gift card: sent by post (CHF 10 supplement).

7.2 Use

The gift card is valid exclusively on www.swici.ch . It can be used to pay for all or part of an order.
If the purchase amount is greater than the card value, the difference can be settled with another payment method.
If the purchase amount is less than the card value, the balance remains available until expiration.

7.3 Validity

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be renewed for an additional 12 months upon request. After expiration, any unused balance is forfeited and non-refundable.

7.4 Special conditions

Gift cards cannot be resold, converted to cash, or refunded. If lost or stolen, the gift card will not be replaced.

8. Warranty and Returns

Customers benefit from a two-year legal warranty against non-conformity or hidden defects. Any defects must be reported immediately to SWICI or directly to the relevant seller. Returns are only accepted if the partner brand offers one. SWICI does not guarantee a general right of return.

9. Liability

SWICI acts as an intermediary between customers and partner brands. SWICI cannot be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages related to the use of its products.

10. Data protection

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (text, images, logos, and design) is protected by copyright. Any reproduction without permission is prohibited.

12. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These General Terms and Conditions are subject to Swiss law. The legal venue is the company's registered office, subject to mandatory legal provisions.

13. Authentic language

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are available in French, German and English. In the event of any discrepancy in interpretation between the versions, the French version shall prevail.
