The SWICI gift voucher, also known as a gift card, allows each person to choose their gifts from Swiss brands. To offer a specific product to multiple recipients, SWICI also offers bulk product orders.

What is the estimated budget and what is the minimum order quantity?

Some gift vouchers are available from CHF 50, depending on the model. Bulk product orders start at 10 items. For a bulk order of gift vouchers, request a quote tailored to your project.

Can corporate gifts be personalized?

Describe your customization requests in your inquiry. The SWICI team will specify the available options, their cost, and the lead times based on the desired format and volume.

How do I use the gift voucher and what is its validity period?

The recipient chooses on swici.ch and enters the code at checkout. The balance can be used in multiple installments; any excess amount can be paid as a supplement. The gift voucher is valid for 365 days from the date of purchase and can be renewed once.

Where are the products delivered and what are the delivery times?

Products are delivered in Switzerland directly by partner brands. The FAQ indicates an average of 3 to 7 working days for items in stock. Lead times for corporate orders are to be confirmed with SWICI.

What does the SWICI gift case contain?

The SWICI gift voucher is presented on a card in its own sleeve. Products are not included: the recipient then chooses them on swici.ch using their gift voucher.
