Elena, Piero and Mauro are passionate about good taste and the flavors of good food.

In 2018, somewhat by chance, they found themselves producing limoncello. This product was so successful with their friends and family that they decided to reproduce it in larger quantities and create other products that evoke their origins and the flavors of their homeland, Italy.
Citrolle, from Rolle, was born.
